Personal Biography

P.H. Fred is a New Orleans native. He has a B.A. in Greek and Latin Studies from Loyola University and a M.A. in Classical Studies from Tulane University. A classicist, as well as writer and comedian, Fred has taught and/or performed around the country since 1983 -- from clubs, colleges, and casinos to CD players and the Dr. Demento radio show. Fred's doodles and designs have graced notebooks, album covers, websites, and telephone poles. His current art is "tech-based found objects on canvas" as well as a series of produce-inspired puns.
